A REALTOR® is a member of the National Association of REALTORS® and subscribes to its strict Code of Ethics.
The Code establishes time-honored and baseline principles that come from the collective experiences of REALTORS® since the Code of Ethics was first established in 1913. Those principles can be loosely defined as:
Loyalty to clients;
Fiduciary (legal) duty to clients;
Cooperation with competitors;
Truthfulness in statements and advertising; and non-interference in exclusive relationships that other REALTORS® have with their clients.
To earn a designation, a REALTOR® a real estate agent has taken coursework and demonstrated specific skills, performance and knowledge in a particular area of the real estate industry. I currently have my GRI. The Graduate REALTOR® Institute (GRI) symbol is the mark of a real estate professional who has made the commitment to provide a high level of professional services by securing a strong educational foundation. I continue my education yearly.
Are you ready to find the home that you walk into and a small place inside you says...this is the one?
I am ready to help you find just the right one. I know Searcy and surrounding areas, this is my hometown.
"A Familiar Face to help buy or sell your next place."
I have spent my free time over the past 12 years involved in the Chamber of Commerce, Junior Auxiliary, Relay for Life, Main Street and Habitat for Humanity. I want to help make this the best community it can be because this is where my family lives, where I raise my daughters and I would rather live nowhere else in the world. Let me show you what this town has to offer.
